The Director, Finance & Strategy will support corporate finance efforts, capital raising, strategic transactions, and financial planning, while collaborating with various teams to enhance strategic decision-making in a fast-growing digital infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

Assist in debt and equity capital raises (e.g., ATM program, follow-on offerings, project finance, term loans, bonds); lead all associated modeling and analysis; prepare materials for investors, rating agencies, and banks; manage lender/investor data rooms

Support the development and maintenance of our corporate model, budget updates, and long-range plans to enhance strategic decision-making

Develop corporate investment and transaction underwriting process; support evaluation of investments and preparation of associated materials for executive team

Track peer performance, valuation of metrics, transactions, and trends/strategies; collaborate with investor relations team to support preparation of earnings materials and responses to sell-side analyst inquiries

Partner closely with accounting, legal, operations, and development teams to ensure alignment on business decisions
