Responsible for the preparation of loan documents for our consumer and commercial loans
Maintenance of the loans on the system
Working closely with customers and branch staff to provide loan account information in a professional manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience in a customer service setting required
Computer literacy
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong work ethic
Preferred
Familiarity with HMDA and RESPA
