Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with the client marketing objectives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning
Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize results
Manage the paid media budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and resources are allocated effectively
Track and report on spending and ROI for paid media activities
Analyze the performance of paid media campaigns using metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to senior management
Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad copy, creative, and targeting strategies
Implement optimization strategies to improve key performance metrics
Lead media buyers and analysts to optimize campaigns against performance benchmarks
Mentor and drive strategic initiatives in a high paced environment with overseas team members
Work closely with creative strategists, designers, and other marketing team members to create cohesive and effective ad campaigns
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
Stay updated with the latest paid media technologies and tools
Implement and manage advertising platforms and tools to streamline campaign execution and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required

7+ Years relevant paid working experience
Bachelor's degree required
Significantly advanced understanding of Meta's ad platform solutions for e-commerce brands
Experience with Lift Testing and measurement solutions
Experience with catalog management and product ads
Ability to articulate how Andromeda influences creative strategy
Exceptional knowledge and experience across paid media channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and programmatic advertising platforms
Strong understanding of performance marketing & paid media principles, tools, and best practices
Demonstrated experience with MTA solutions like Triplewhale and Northbeam
Strong ability to leverage measurement solutions like lift testing and multi-touch attribution to identify a source of truth for client reporting
Ability to analyze paid media data and derive actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills to address advertising challenges effectively
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create compelling ad copy and interact with stakeholders
Very strong presentation skills to effectively convey paid media strategies and results to senior management
Experience communicating strategies and performance with C-Suite and VP levels of marketing organizations
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple paid media campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in paid media efforts
Demonstrated experience leveraging intellectual curiosity
Ability to generate innovative ideas for paid media campaigns and initiatives
Willingness to experiment with new advertising approaches and techniques
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
High level of empathy and customer service orientation
