Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff
Complete and oversee service requests and apartment make-readies
Ensure preventive maintenance programs are followed
Maintain safety and compliance standards
Train and mentor maintenance team members
Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budget
Coordinate vendor services and inspections
Provide prompt, professional service to residents
Qualification
Required
2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience
Strong HVAC experience required
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Working knowledge of: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Appliance repair, General apartment maintenance
Ability to lead staff and coordinate vendors
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
High school diploma or GED
Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to participate in on-call rotation and perform physical, outdoor work
