Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to clients and guests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
Record and process incoming payments, including credit card transactions, checks, and electronic transfers
Reconcile accounts receivable balances, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial reporting
Follow up on overdue accounts, communicate with clients to resolve payment issues, and implement collection strategies
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, and other financial metrics
Address client inquiries regarding billing and payments, providing excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and hotel policies, maintaining confidentiality and security of financial information
Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for billing
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Manage multiple tasks
Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
