Responsibilities

Define the overall architecture and roadmap for ServiceNow platform adoption
Lead the design of ITSM solutions and integrations with enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure alignment with architectural standards
Conduct platform health checks, performance tuning, and governance reviews
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Evaluate and recommend new ServiceNow modules and capabilities

Required

Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, platform architecture, and enterprise integrations
Proven experience in setting up and scaling ServiceNow across large organizations
Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Experience with multi-instance strategy, upgrade planning, and security best practices

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred
