As a Senior Engineer II in Network Operations, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of telecommunications network systems and services while guiding quality assurance and leading network upgrade projects.

Responsibilities
Provide advanced-level monitoring, operation, and support of network systems
Guide quality assurance activities and infrastructure testing to ensure network stability and performance
Lead investigations into network issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning
Maintain and evolve recommendations for improvements to network systems, tools, and operational processes
Influence multiple areas of a product or system through technical leadership and cross-team collaboration
Design and lead network upgrade projects
Advise and support junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
6–8 years of experience in network operations engineering or a related role
Deep, hands-on knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining complex network operating systems
Proven ability to build and maintain senior internal and external relationships, often requiring influence and persuasion
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across teams to resolve moderately complex, loosely scoped problems
Experience mentoring or advising junior peers and contributing to team growth
Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
