Responsibilities

Manages the product/brand P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, ROI etc.)
Analyzes potential markets, competitor positioning, and customer buying patterns to project demand/profitability for potential products, key product features/requirements, favorable timing for product launch, etc
Partners with product development and marketing teams to ensure that customer needs for each targeted segment are incorporated into product design, branding, and marketing approaches
Develops product commercialization strategies (e.g., pricing, licensing, distribution etc.)
Analyzes product/brand performance and customer feedback as input to product enhancements
Participate in Parts Marketing and Strategy projects as assigned
Relocation may be considered for the right candidate

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and prefer 5-7 years of relevant experience
2-4 years of experience in product management / product marketing
Strong strategic planning and business skills
Demonstrated background leading cross-functional teams
Heavy duty trucking, OEM Aftermarket, heavy duty/Automotive Supplier experience required

Preferred

Strong, empathetic communicator - have a demonstrated ability to tell the story about your product or campaign
Demonstrated market analytics skills
Experience building marketing campaigns for different market segments
Product Management or Product Marketing certification
