Qualification
Required
8+ years of progressive development experience in mission-driven organizations
Proven track record cultivating institutional funders (private, corporate, public foundations)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong relationship-building abilities across diverse stakeholder groups
Strategic thinking with a collaborative mindset
Ability to work remotely with moderate national travel
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated success managing multi-funder initiatives
High-level organizational skills and attention to detail
