Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Investor Relations team lead for investor support, ensuring timely, warm, and accurate responses

Build and maintain systems to receive, respond to, and track all investor queries

Walk limited partners through the subscription document process with clarity and professionalism

Meet with LPs independently and alongside senior team members, representing Sovereign’s Capital with excellence

Manage investor onboarding workflows, including portal setup, platform access, KYC/AML, Blue Sky filings, and post-close classification

Coordinate with finance and investment teams on capital call and distribution notices, wire confirmations, quarterly reporting, and LP updates

Maintain organized data rooms and support the completion of DDQs and routine investor diligence requests

Maintain clean, accurate records across IR systems, portals, and investor administration platforms

Collaborate with the IR and investment teams on investor events (AGM, Summit, roadshows, vision trips) as needed

Work cross-functionally with finance, ops, and investment teams to ensure investors receive an exceptional experience

Travel as needed; work irregular hours as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in client relations, operations, or sales

Solid understanding of the private asset management landscape

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with CRMs (HubSpot preferred)

Exceptionally organized with a deep passion for detail, timelines, and both creating and maintaining clean systems

Entrepreneurial mindset—loves building and improving processes, not simply maintaining them

High prioritization skills and excellent ability to manage multiple competing workflows with disciplined rigor

Extreme self-starter with the maturity to work independently and collaboratively
