Training Manager
Gregory & Appel is seeking an experienced Insurance Training Manager to lead agency-wide training initiatives. The role focuses on designing and delivering impactful training programs to enhance consistency and quality across various lines of business, while collaborating with leadership to drive improvement.

Responsibilities
Lead new hire training for new colleagues, and ongoing training for the agency
Design and deliver training on insurance processes, workflows, and compliance
Facilitate training in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, LMS, self-guided)
Serve as an Applied Epic subject matter expert for training new hires and colleagues and ensuring consistency and effectiveness for how G&A utilizes Applied Epic
Audit work product to validate training effectiveness and ensure consistency
Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify training needs and drive improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial insurance experience (agency, brokerage, or carrier)
Strong Applied Epic experience
Experience delivering engaging, effective training and coaching
In-depth knowledge of insurance operations, including industry best practices, regulatory and compliance requirements, and end-to-end insurance workflows
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities or projects independently
Preferred
QA, or leadership experience
Active Property & Casualty license
Senior Account Manager experience
Insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM, CRM)
LMS or e-learning experience
