Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize wired/wireless networks across industrial and office environments
Support and upgrade network infrastructure at 48 production sites
Collaborate with OT teams on network integration with PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
Maintain and secure Cisco-based networks including VLANs, QoS, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
Troubleshoot wireless interference, roaming, and coverage issues in complex environments
Work with industrial-grade switches (Stratix, Rockwell, Cisco IE) and other OT gear
Ensure compliance with wireless and routing security protocols (802.1X, WPA3, firewall integration)
Manage SD-WAN, iWAN, and other advanced WAN tech
Document configurations, topologies, and wireless heatmaps
Stay current on new technologies and contribute to ongoing improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in network engineering, including in manufacturing or industrial settings
Strong experience with Cisco, Rockwell Automation, and Stratix switch technologies
Exposure to OT systems such as PLC, SCADA, or Ignition platforms
Proficiency with enterprise wireless and routing technologies (802.11 standards, VLANs, routing protocols)
Experience with firewalls, network segmentation, and SD-WAN
Able to mentor peers and lead networking projects
Preferred
Certifications preferred: Cisco CCNP/CCIE, CWNP, or Aruba
