Responsibilities

Utilize project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity) to prepare schedules, assign resources, and manage budgets
Prepare presentations for executives, managers, and project team members
Monitor, control, and communicate project progress by managing cost, schedule, scope, resources, quality, and risks
Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and management
Provide leadership and foster collaboration between technical and business teams
Develop and maintain key SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM) deliverables such as Project Charter, Schedule, Budget, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Risk and Issue Management Plans, Change Requests, and Closedown Summary
Manage interfaces and communication with other agencies
Ensure adherence to SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM) throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate and enforce Change Management processes for scope, schedule, or budget deviations
Create Corrective Action Plans for projects in yellow or red status
Review vendor contracts and manage deliverables according to approval procedures
Facilitate stakeholder interactions and ensure deliverables are completed and reviewed

Required

7+ years of experience in IT project management with proven success delivering projects on time and on budget
5+ years of experience using project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity)
5+ years of experience overseeing technical teams with system architecture and SaaS integration
5+ years of experience managing multi-vendor environments in government settings
5+ years of experience with System Security Plans (SSP) and Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM)
Scrum Master Certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
