Product Development Associate
Dogtra is a trusted name in dog training and safety, seeking a Product Development Associate to support the end-to-end product development lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with the R&D team in Korea, managing product specifications, compliance, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities
Support product development from concept, prototyping, testing, validation, and production including documents translation from Korean to English
Coordinate with Korea-based R&D team on specifications, design updates, firmware changes, and testing feedback
Track product requirements, revision changes, and technical documentation
Assist in defining product specifications, feature requirements, and performance criteria
Coordinate internal and external product testing, validation, and reliable testing
Support compliance documentation for applicable standards (e.g., FCC, IC, CE, UN 38.3)
Track quality issues, corrective actions, and improvements
Facilitate communication across all departments (Customer Service, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to align priorities and schedules
Provide product documentation and technical support materials to internal teams
Support Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing with technical clarifications, product knowledge, and launch timelines
Participate in department meetings to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables
Support post-launch monitoring, issue escalation, and product improvement
Analyze field data and customer feedback to recommend enhancements
Support the Sales team with product strategy and sales performance analysis, including competitive research and market feedback
Assist Marketing with product translation coordination, manual drafting and review, and other product related marketing support as needed
Provide product knowledge and technical input for launch materials and internal training
Assist the CEO with special projects as needed and perform additional duties as assigned by executive management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Communications, or similar)
Bilingual in Korean
Minimum three years of business administration or project coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast pace surrounding
Traveling as needed (less than 15%)
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
