IT Support Technician
Kambi is a leading B2B provider of premium sports betting services, and they are seeking an IT Support Technician to join their Client Infrastructure Operations team. The role involves supporting local users, ensuring systems functionality, and maintaining internal documentation while collaborating with remote teams.

Support local users and ensure our systems are fully functioning
Remotely collaborating with the team on issues
Providing support to other offices and remote users
Create and maintain internal documentation including end user procedures and how to guides
Qualification
Required
Experience in Windows 11 operating system
Experience in MacOS
Experience in remote IT troubleshooting
Experience in 1st and 2nd line support
Experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair
Be curious and passionate about IT support & infrastructure
Be independent, organized and flexible
Love to help other people and be a great communicator
Place a very high regard towards professionalism in the workplace
Be comfortable working independently towards common team goals
Preferred
Unifi networking infrastructure experience
Knowledge of Windows Server
Knowledge of SCCM deployments
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Knowledge of administering O365, Intune, Azure environments
Knowledge of network technology and design
