The CRE Analyst will manage client portfolios, provide analytical support for debt management strategies, and collaborate with senior team members on financial modeling and market analysis.

Responsibilities

Regular client engagement for portfolio analysis, strategy sessions, and presenting findings

Analyze how capital events affect waterfall distributions

Analyze general interest rate market data and apply to forecasting models for clients

Educate clients on best practices to utilize LobbyCRE platform

Work on modeling sale and refinance scenarios

Identify opportunities for internal transactional team to deliver value to clients

Act as business liaison between clients and internal development teams for technology enhancements

Collaborate with data team to ensure data validations for modeling purposes

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate

Deadline focused with a strong attention to detail

Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a constantly changing workload comprising short-term, long-term, and ad hoc projects

Knowledge of 3rd party CRE data sources CoStar, Trepp, and Bloomberg

Knowledge of property management systems, including - Yardi, RealPage, Appfolio, MRI, Entrata, ResMan, Rent Manager, etc

High level competency in financial modeling

Ability to distill complex analyses into simple, easily digestible concepts

Preferred
