Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of a next-generation research ecosystem
Architect and execute the strategy to modernize the eRA (electronic Research Administration) suite
Develop a forward-looking roadmap for integration with major enterprise platforms
Qualification
Required
Experience leading large-scale, complex technology programs within academic medical centers or research-intensive healthcare systems
A deep background in vendor implementations, RFP management, and modernization programs in a hospital/university setting
Direct experience with Epic, Workday ERP, and eRA platforms (Huron experience is a significant plus)
Exceptional executive presence and the proven ability to drive decisions, manage change, and influence at the C-suite level
Strong program management expertise in governance, compliance, and strategic alignment with institutional goals
