Calling surrounding park owners on our listings and off-market leads
Verifying property and ownership data using the provided tools
Working directly with Senior Advisors and Managing Directors
Following our proven call and CRM system step-by-step
Contributing to the team’s pipeline and deal flow
Qualification
Required
If hired for an in-person position, you must be able to work in our office three days per week to start
For both remote and in-person positions, you must be available on Zoom for discussion during business hours
Must be hungry to learn, make calls, and grow into a Senior-level role
Minimum 30 hours/week, with the expectation to go full-time+ once commissions begin
Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
Preferred
Licensed agents preferred (or actively pursuing a license); you do not need a license day one
