Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow FSM module
Build FSM functionalities including Preventative Maintenance and Calibration automated tasks
Ensure workflows and data structures support compliance, audit readiness, and effective reporting
Design and implement mobile workflows for field technicians and maintenance staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable FSM solution
Provide training and create technical and functional documentation
Lead migration of legacy systems to ServiceNow FSM
Apply strong understanding of compliance frameworks within FSM implementations
Support mobile workforce and field service operations
Work within ITIL/ITSM processes and Agile methodologies
Participate in planning meetings, pre-iteration sessions, and retrospectives
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate closely with project team members to ensure successful delivery
