Advisor Services Cost Basis Associate

Responsibilities
Answer in-bound calls from Advisors, and internal business partners
Respond to client and service team requests received via email
Conduct training for Advisors and Business Partners
Accurately process statement and cost basis enrollment forms
Qualification
Required
Candidates must possess the ability to conduct superior follow-up, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
6+ months' Customer Service experience (internships and collegiate activities will be considered)
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple processes/projects
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Team orientation, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
Knowledge in internet-based research, personal workstations/desktop applications
Intermediate Excel skills- ability to handle large amounts of data using Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or 1+ year experience in the financial industry
Experience working with regulatory or risk issues preferred
SIE or Series 7 preferred, but not required
Cost basis and tax knowledge is preferred but not required
