Lead and manage the critical program, ensuring successful delivery across multiple cross-functional projects
Drive alignment, manage dependencies, and prioritize initiatives across teams to meet business objectives
Manage budget, resource allocation, and cost performance for critical projects
Track financials and report on budgets planning to ensure projects meet financial goals
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals
Work closely with product owners, development teams, and business leaders to manage project timelines, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery
Implement and drive continuous improvement processes across programs to ensure efficient workflows and better execution

Qualification
Required
Experience as a Senior Program Manager
Proven track record of leading critical programs and managing multiple high priority initiatives
Strong program delivery skills
Financial oversight experience including budget management and resource allocation
Ability to track financials and report on budget planning
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills to act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders
Experience providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Cross-functional collaboration experience with product owners, development teams, and business leaders
Ability to manage project timelines, identify risks, and resolve issues
Experience in implementing process improvements and continuous monitoring
Ability to adapt plans based on project performance and changing needs
