Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using PHP and Laravel

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback

Support application deployment and ongoing maintenance

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance

Communicate with stakeholders, including management, customers, and other teams, to ensure that software solutions meet their needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment

Eagerness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior engineers

Experience with tools such as Git, Docker and Kubernetes

Experience working with one or more cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiar with their services and APIs

Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and able to collaborate effectively with other team members

Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants in a professional or project setting

Ability to write clear, specific prompts that produce useful outputs

Strong critical evaluation skills—able to identify subtle bugs, inefficiencies, or security issues in generated code

Understanding of AI limitations, including hallucinations, outdated patterns, and context window constraints
