Responsibilities
Originate and advance commercial, industrial, community solar, and land-based solar projects from outreach through contract execution
Manage an organized origination pipeline using CRM tools for prospecting, nurturing relationships, managing next steps and tracking deal stages
Prepare and present client-facing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
Evaluate site feasibility for rooftop and ground-mounted projects
Support negotiation and execution of project documents, including leases, options, easements, and related agreements
Monitor relevant solar policy, incentives, and market dynamics in target states
Contribute to improvements in origination processes and outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required (business, marketing, real estate, environmental studies, or related field preferred)
2–5 years of experience in solar origination, project development, or business development
Thorough understanding of commercial real estate, greenfield development, C&I or community solar preferred
Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate deal pipelines
Strong communication and presentation skills with senior-level stakeholders
Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred
