Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
Design and build custom reports and dashboards within the Odessa platform
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards
Support ad-hoc reporting needs and provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making
Document reporting processes and maintain knowledge repositories
Partner with IT and Odessa support teams for troubleshooting and enhancements

Required

Hands-on experience with Odessa platform (reporting, analytics, and configuration)
Strong proficiency in SQL
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Solid understanding of equipment finance or leasing domain
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
