Order Management Specialist (Order Entry)

Responsibilities
Input customer orders into the ERP system
Facilitate order expediting for the sales department
Generate and schedule work orders for the warehouse
Address customer service inquiries concerning orders, predominantly via email
Guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery of all orders
Strategize and document all elements of a designated project
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Able to function well in a fast-paced and evolving environment
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Prior customer service and/or project management experience is preferred
Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment is a plus
