Manage client intake forms, ensuring all necessary documents are completed and processed
Support escrow officers in managing the escrow process for real estate transactions
Organize escrow files, ensuring all required documents are complete and accurate
Process payments, disbursements, and escrow deposits in accordance with company policies
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of work while maintaining a positive attitude
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred
Associate's degree or higher
1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
