Responsibilities
Support and enhance SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) solutions for finance and FP&A processes
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including test script creation, execution, defect tracking, and resolution
Act as a change management lead, helping drive adoption and manage stakeholder pushback
Partner with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure accurate system functionality and data integrity
Support Go-Live activities, post-go-live Hypercare, and production support
Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
Assist with project planning, timelines, and delivery coordination
Analyze financial processes and recommend system and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BPC
Proven experience delivering FP&A or financial systems projects
Strong UAT experience: test planning, scripting, execution, and defect management
Solid understanding of financial planning and accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with large-scale finance transformation or financial systems implementations
Financial systems testing experience
Experience with Workday
Experience with financial reporting and data automation systems
Prior involvement in SAP BPC implementations or upgrades
