Develop and manage referral relationships to generate new client referrals
Expand Family & Nursing Care’s presence in the market
Actively prospect and secure external meetings
Work toward referral and sales goals while building trusted relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals
Position Family & Nursing Care as the preferred home care provider while collaborating closely with the business development team and cross-functional partners to drive results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years of consultative sales experience in a related industry with a proven track record
Ability to prospect for new opportunities and use a consultative sales process to close new business
