Responsibilities

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud-based solutions

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems

Lead IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget

Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT infrastructure services and solutions

Supervise team members

Plan and manage IT infrastructure budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI

Required

Strong knowledge of networking and cloud platforms

Experience with virtualization and enterprise storage solutions

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)

Hands-on experience with Windows

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Strong team management, problem-solving, and communication skills at executive level

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrated analytical skills including experience eliciting requirements and testing

Ability to communicate ideas, interface, and present IT subject matters in a user-friendly language across the company including Senior Executive Teams

Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with attention to detail

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a quick-paced environment

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
