Develop, document, and maintain SOPs across operations (e.g., enrollment, claims, provider ops, member services)
Gather and document business requirements and workflows
Partner with operations, compliance, and IT teams to support process improvements and regulatory changes
Support audits and implementations with clear documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years as a Business Analyst within a health plan or managed care organization
Hands-on experience with Medicare Advantage operations
Proven experience writing and maintaining SOPs
Strong understanding of CMS and regulatory requirements
Bilingual (English and Spanish required)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
