Southeast Toyota Finance is offering a Funding Internship, an immersive 18-month program beginning in the Spring semester. Interns will rotate through four key areas within the Funding Department, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong foundation of technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities

Accurately and promptly enter and review retail and lease contracts using the automated contract processing system

Ensure all contracts are processed to completion within one day of receipt, in compliance with company policies, procedures, and State and Federal regulations

Support management with additional tasks and projects as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Office Administration/Business Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines

Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs

A high degree of independence and accountability

Comfort working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Ability to learn new systems and processes

Proficient data entry skills; ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly

Proficiency with basic mathematical operations

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work overtime or holidays as needed

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
