Senior Nutrition Wellness Program Coordinator
The Just One Project is dedicated to increasing access to food and resources for a healthier community. They are seeking a Senior Nutrition Wellness Program Coordinator to ensure the efficient delivery of nutritious meals and support services to homebound individuals, acting as a key liaison between clients, volunteers, and service providers.

Responsibilities
Handle daily front desk tasks, including phone inquiries, voicemail management, assisting with client check-in (drive-thru and walk-ins )
Assist with clerical duties and provide general administrative support
Assist in maintaining accurate records
Schedule, and reschedule appointments efficiently
Ensure precise client demographic data entry and regularly update profiles in Salesforce
Respond to referrals from outside platforms
Reach out to clients based on referrals to assess eligibility, gather intake information, and explain program services
Collaborate with social workers or case managers to support clients' broader needs beyond meals
Monitor client wellness and service satisfaction, reporting any significant changes in client condition or needs
Assist with route coordination and adjustments when the Meals on Wheels Manager is unavailable
Respond to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high-quality customer service and addressing issues promptly
Track meal counts, delivery stats, and client changes for reporting to funders or management
Assist in developing and implementing contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted client support during emergencies such as severe weather, holidays, or unexpected service disruptions
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative, client services, preferably in a social services or community-based organization

Collaboration & Teamwork: Works cooperatively across departments and with external partners to coordinate services
Problem Solving: Resourceful and proactive in identifying solutions to client issues and service delivery challenges
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in client records, referrals, schedules, and reporting
Confidentiality: Maintains privacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information
Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing priorities, emergency situations, and client needs
Technology Skills: Comfortable using database systems, spreadsheets, and general office software to support efficient operations
Must attend six mandatory 'Pop Up & Give' events per year
Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
1+ year of Non- Profit Experience
Experience working with vulnerable or underserved populations is strongly preferred
Proficiency with computer systems and office software, including Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other client management databases preferred
Prior experience handling referrals, maintaining confidential records, and providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment is desirable
