Responsibilities

Follow through with service calls and inquiries from customers, ensuring that questions and problems are satisfied on a timely basis
Create positive customer experiences by assessing the needs and concerns of customers
Resolve customer concerns and process customer requests in an effective and efficient manner
Answer customer questions regarding product offerings, billing, equipment, features, shipment information
Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification

Required

2-4 years of Customer Service experience in a related field
Proficient in navigating Microsoft Windows, Excel, Internet, and other computer software programs
Courteous with strong customer service orientation
Dependable with proficient attention to detail
Good listening and responding skills
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
Ability to read and comprehend a basic product manual
Possess insight into self and others
Solid problem-solving skills. Able to identify the customer's issue and offers the best solution
You must pass a background check and drug screen
High school or equivalent (Required)
Customer Service: 2 years (Required)

Preferred

Customer Service experience in a related field (Consumer Products preferred)
Technical knowledge, with a strong preference for experience in IT, automotive and mechanical equipment manufacturing and repair functions
