Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand business needs and define transformation opportunities across Life, Annuities, Group Insurance, and P&C domains

Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution presentations, articulating business value and transformation roadmaps

Analyze client processes, pain points, and operating models to recommend digital, data, and AI-driven modernization strategies

Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and domain-led solution narratives

Create business case justifications, ROI models, and value propositions for transformation programs

Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, influencing CXO-level discussions and long-term roadmap definition

Provide domain oversight to delivery teams, ensuring solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards
