They are seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Biostatistics to provide strategic leadership and support drug development programs while mentoring a team of statisticians.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the biometrics leadership team, supporting and advancing drug development programs
Provide strategic statistical leadership to both clinical development programs and the growth of the biometrics function
Lead, mentor, and develop statisticians, fostering high performance and professional growth
Provide statistical expertise in the design and review of clinical study protocols
Author, review, and approve statistical analysis plans
Oversee and guide statisticians and programmers in the development of analysis dataset specifications and the programming of tables, listings, and figures
Interpret and review study results, ensuring accuracy and scientific integrity of statistical summaries
Contribute to the preparation and review of clinical study reports, including relevant statistical sections
Participate in the development and execution of clinical development plans
Support regulatory interactions, including health authority meetings and submission-related activities
Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs and biometrics guidelines
Qualification
Required
PhD in Biostatistics / Statistics / Applied Statistics
Minimum of 9-12+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience
Experience in oncology drug development, from Phase I to Phase III
Broad knowledge of biostatistics, FDA/EMEA guidelines, and the drug development process
