Production Control (PC) Specialist

Responsibilities

Generate travelers/work orders towards the induction of deliverable repair units and maintains traveler changes through shop- floor operations
Accept and kit material handed-off by Logistics personnel - towards applicable depot units in repair and/or in production
Physically move material and deliverable hardware between operation/production areas
Work closely with area supervisors, Quality Assurance inspectors, technicians, and operation area personnel towards the movement of product as well as for scheduling work between areas
Utilize applicable Data Management systems for updating deliverable hardware status
Generate completed hardware unit shipping requests and subsequent hand- offs with Logistics personnel for shipping
Maintain a Strong Work Ethic and is Self-motivated
This is a 1st shift, onsite position

Required

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with Data Information Systems
Experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
DoD Clearance: Secret
