Responsibilities
Target & Engage: Prospect enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts across phone, email and LinkedIn
Analyze the Field: Research accounts to tailor outreach to specific industries and C-Suite business challenges
Manage the Full Cycle: Own opportunities from the first conversation to the close
Collaborate: Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and sharpen targeting
Optimize: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline while testing and improving your outreach over time
Qualification
Required
2-5 years in an outbound BDR/SDR or similar sales/recruiting role
You're a 'hunter' who is comfortable with persistence, rejection, and self-directed work
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and write clear, gimmick-free research
Curious about CX, research, professional services or the retail/restaurant space
Preferred
Background in sports (playing, coaching or analyzing) and enjoy studying a strategy to find an advantage
