Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
2 years of experience
CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licenture, or Member of the Bar

Preferred

A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may also be considered
Assisting companies with tax impact in multiple jurisdictions
Corporate tax including research, compliance, and consulting
Public accounting practices, law firm, or corporate tax department
Structural realignment and financial statement tax rate analysis
Identifying and addressing client needs
Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
Managing resource requirements and project workflow
Supervising teams and providing meaningful feedback
