Automotive
Responsibilities
Analyze sensor signals, including amplitude, frequency, noise characteristics, and response time across different sensor types
Evaluate how signal behavior affects downstream processing and system integration
Design and implement signal conditioning circuits, such as filtering and amplification, and develop post-processing algorithms, including edge detection and frequency extraction
Verify that processed signals meet real-time performance requirements and integrate seamlessly with target systems
Document assumptions, calibration notes, and signal lists, and collaborate using version control tools
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in progress in engineering, physics, or a related field
Experience with MATLAB and Simulink for signal analysis or modeling
Understanding of signal processing fundamentals such as filtering and noise analysis
Basic knowledge of electronics including signal conditioning concepts
Preferred
Familiarity with real-time or embedded system constraints
Exposure to sensor technologies and digital signal interpretation
Experience with C, Python, or similar languages for technical prototyping
