LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

They are seeking a proactive LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to build and manage a predictable system for booking sales demos by researching potential customers, engaging in meaningful conversations, and converting leads into booked meetings.

Responsibilities
Research industry "pain points" (using Reddit/Quora/Discord) and build segmented lists of prospects who actually need our help
Create 5-step message sequences that offer value and feel personal, not automated. Use AI to help draft, but refine with your human touch
Set up and monitor campaigns in our automation tools to ensure everything is running smoothly
Reply to leads daily. Your main goal is to handle objections and guide the conversation until they are ready to book a demo
Track what is working and what isn’t. Improve the messaging and search criteria constantly to get more bookings
Qualification
Required
Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or outbound sales (preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment)
Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize and build rapport quickly
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi)
Ability to work independently, manage your pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly demo booking targets
Prior experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Must have a strong LinkedIn presence with including a significant number of US-based C-Suite executives
Preferred
Experience with GHL (Go-High Level) is a big plus
Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — creating personalized campaigns for high-value clients/accounts will be considered a strong advantage
