RCI-CONE-26695-1 Talent Acquisition Coordinator [Fully Remote] (EST/CST)
Rangam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. This role is ideal for a recent HR graduate who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and coordination support to the department across multiple initiatives and projects
Conduct background checks and coordinate physical testing as required for compliance and onboarding
Compile, track, and analyze data; assist in generating reports and maintaining accurate records
Support HR and Talent Acquisition processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including iCIMS (AST)
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy
Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data entry, reporting, and tracking purposes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources or related field)
Recent graduate in Human Resources strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred)
