Identify, communicate, and assist in correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors
Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and task-specific briefings
Coordinate with site supervision to address safety concerns in real time
Complete daily safety reports, observations, and documentation
Promote a strong safety culture through engagement and leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of construction experience with CSP
5 years of construction experience with a degree in a safety-related field
Minimum of 10 years of full-time construction safety experience with OSHA 500 certification
Proven experience supporting roofing and scaffolding operations
Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills
Preferred
Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
