Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using state of the art diagnostic tools and provide technology-enabled, evidence-led, clinician-supervised care
Interpret diagnostic data to develop personalized, action‑oriented health plans while working within standardized clinical pathways and adapting to evolving protocols
Educate patients on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies
Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to ensure continuity and high-quality outcomes
Contribute to quality improvement, research, training, and product evolution
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a related medical setting
Licensed NP or PA (New York) with national certification
Strong grounding in preventive care and patient education
Ability to work within structured clinical pathways
Comfort in a tech‑forward, fast‑paced care environment
Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
