Responsibilities
Develop deep familiarity with M7’s product, system architecture, and underlying data models
Investigate real production issues reported by internal teams by reproducing behavior, inspecting data, and identifying root causes
Use SQL and internal tooling to analyze data inconsistencies, logic errors, and system behavior
Resolve issues directly when possible and partner with engineers when changes to the codebase are required
Provide engineers with clear reproduction steps, data analysis, and impact assessments to speed up fixes
Identify, document, and communicate temporary workarounds to unblock users while long-term fixes are implemented
Track recurring issues and contribute insights that inform product improvements and engineering roadmap decisions
Document common issues, resolutions, and internal workflows to reduce repeat incidents over time
Qualification
Required
Recent graduates or early-career engineers with a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Curious about how systems work end-to-end and enjoy debugging complex problems
Comfortable working with data and interested in becoming experts in SQL
Can reason clearly about system behavior and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical partners
Enjoy learning quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred
Experience with SQL, APIs, or web-based systems
Internships or projects involving production systems, data analysis, or debugging
Interest in healthcare technology or enterprise software
