Responsibilities
Manage multiple medical communications projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work
Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify and manage project risks and issues, taking appropriate action to resolve them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, medical, and production teams
Communicate project status to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in project management (print and digital), with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
1+ years of agency experience managing projects in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts with client-facing experience, specifically in Medical Communications
Experience in medical education project workflow
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Ziflow or similar tools
