Responsibilities

Provide engineering expertise for CMS NPD activities

Work with sales on preparing Quotes for new projects

Provide input on part design with the customer and on the tool design to the tool maker

Approve tooling design and construction and manage the tool build timeline

Request and oversee sampling of the tool

Manage the verification of the injection mold and molding process and post-molding operations

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Team leader for the NPD project

Interface with die maintenance, tool makers, process engineers, and mechanical engineers

Travel with sales managers on sales opportunities, 15-20%
