Pricing Analyst
TransLoop is a modern digital freight network revolutionizing logistics for shippers and carriers of all sizes. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for implementing processes to analyze internal and external data to ensure appropriate truckload volume is captured through various pricing strategies. This role involves collaboration with account executives and carrier sales management to execute comprehensive pricing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead pricing initiatives spanning from yearly RFPs to small mini bids
A collaborative mindset, while understanding each individual pricing objective as it relates to TransLoop’s overall success
Clear, efficient communication internally/externally throughout bid cycles
A natural problem-solver, who always meets deadlines
Easily communicate market trends/data internally to promote strategic decisions
The ability to analyze customer feedback to constantly improve pricing processes
A positive, go-getter attitude – hungry for more opportunity
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of the truckload market, pricing, and forecasting
Well-accustomed to truckload seasonality as it pertains to respective equipment, modes, and regions
3-5 years of experience in logistics with exposure to handling RFPs, bids, and spot quoting
Strong time management habits, communication skills, and organizational methods
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, process-driven approach with a focus on winning results
