Responsibilities
Property AR and AP
CAM RECS
Track and monitor tenant ledgers
Post and process journal entries at the end on month
Issue and prepare invoices and apply payments
Reconciling intercompany AR/AP
Perform credit card reconciliations
Assist Controller with accounting transactions for monthly reconciliations
Assist other departments such Property Management and Brokerage with payment processing
Ad hoc accounting projects
Qualification
Required
2-5 years' experience working in Commercial Real Estate Accounting a MUST
Experience using accounting ERP software – MUST
Knowledge of NNN (Triple Net) leases- MUST
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Bookkeeper certificate - preferred
Experience using QuickBooks and Yardi Voyager – highly preferred
