Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparation, issuance, and retrieval of IT assets such as laptops, accessories, and peripherals
Maintain accurate records of IT asset inventory and ensure timely sharing of transaction details with the Asset Management team for updates
Raise, monitor, and track vendor support tickets for laptop repairs, warranty claims, and replacement requests
Coordinate with vendors regarding device pickup, repair status, delivery, and case closure
Ensure all meeting room technology, including displays, audio systems, microphones, video conferencing equipment, controllers, adapters, and cables, are fully operational
Conduct regular (daily/weekly) health checks to ensure meeting rooms are ready for use
Troubleshoot audiovisual (AV) or connectivity issues reported by users and escalate when necessary
Monitor office printers to ensure continuous functionality
Liaise with printer vendors for maintenance, consumables replacement, and issue resolution
Assist end users with printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Act as the first point of on-site support for the Network Team regarding office internet, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewall devices
Perform basic troubleshooting, including cable checks, device resets, and port verification
Provide hands-on support for Data Center activities such as rack inspections, device power status checks, patching, and hardware replacement under Network Team guidance
Provide daily activity reports, highlight issues, and escalate critical concerns to the Manager – IT
Maintain documentation of recurring incidents, asset status updates, vendor support cases, and meeting room performance reports
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT asset management, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Ability to maintain accurate records of IT asset inventory
Experience in raising, monitoring, and tracking vendor support tickets
Knowledge of meeting room technology, including displays, audio systems, and video conferencing equipment
Ability to conduct regular health checks on meeting room technology
Experience in troubleshooting audiovisual or connectivity issues
Knowledge of printer maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience in liaising with vendors for printer maintenance and consumables
Ability to assist end users with printer setup and configuration
Basic knowledge of network support, including internet, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, including cable checks and device resets
Experience in providing hands-on support for Data Center activities
Ability to provide daily activity reports and escalate critical concerns
Experience in maintaining documentation of incidents and asset status updates
