Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Accounts to develop strategies for selling highly technical solutions
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams
Coordinate ongoing projects and manage escalations effectively
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account growth and development
Support sales efforts by contributing deep technical insight and client-specific strategies
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Account Management and Sales, particularly in a technical environment
Strong understanding of AI/LLM technologies and their practical applications
Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience selling software services to product companies or large enterprises
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Background in software quality engineering or a related field is a plus
